“Just a minute, darling. You sit there and wait for Daddy to finish his chores, then I’ll come get you.”

Harmony’s sore bottom made it difficult for her to sit still on the potty seat. She squirmed around to get into a more comfortable position. Abelard saw her discomfort and remembered that he had neglected to give her the corner time she usually received after a hard spanking. His job of straightening up her bed was completed, so he went to where she was sitting.

“I’m afraid I have neglected something, my little Harmony,” he said. “I didn’t give you corner time after we finished with the hairbrush. You need a little more time to think about what you did to deserve the punishment.”

“Oh, Daddy, no,” she whined. “I know why you had to discipline me. I don’t need any corner time tonight.”

Abelard gave her His sternest look. “Harmony Anne Daniels! You know better than to contradict me! Get yourself to the corner – now!”

Harmony jumped off the potty seat and quickly waddled over to the corner, holding her dress up off her sore bottom and trying not to lose the panties still suspended around one ankle. Abelard strode behind her, intent on making sure she understood her punishment. As she reached the corner, he gently but firmly pushed her nose to the wall.

“You are to stay that way until I come to get you for supper. Do you hear me?”

“Yes, Daddy,” she said, struggling not to cry. She hated to disappoint her Daddy.

Even though it broke his heart to see her cry, he knew deep down that it was important for her growth. He bent down and placed a kiss on each of her hot, red cheeks. How he longed to hold her and comfort her, but he disciplined himself to wait. He ran his tongue along the crack, searching for a familiar hole. He heard her moan with pleasure. Abelard laughed and pulled away from her.

“Ah, my dear,” he said. “You derive too much pleasure out of your punishment. What am I to do with you?” He sighed.

Harmony knew this was simply a rhetorical question, so she didn’t answer. She was aware of Abelard’s struggle and it pleased her. She felt him withdraw from the room, heard him walk to the door, listened to his footsteps growing fainter as he walked toward the kitchen. This was her time for reflection on the lack of balance and harmony in her life.

Why did she feel the need to maintain the executive persona? Why couldn’t she leave it behind when she left the office? More to the point this afternoon, why did she feel the need to stay later than anyone else in the office? Monday’s meeting would go just fine whether or not she spent that extra time, so why did she do it? She’d known she would be punished, but it wasn’t just so she would be punished that she disobeyed – or was it? Daddy knew what was best for her, so why did she persist in going against his orders? What did she have to gain by resisting him each time work issues came up?

These were issues she had faced time and again. Harmony wondered how her life with Abelard would change if she began to live solely as his little girl. Would he love her just as much as he did now? Would she miss his discipline? Would she miss her career?

No, she understood it was not his intent that she give up her career to please him. His entire life was dedicated to bringing balance and harmony into hers. So how else could she balance this life as his child, if not with a career? There were only a few moments in each week when she was allowed to be the adult with him. The next time she was permitted to do so, she would discuss her concerns. She wondered if he would even allow her to leave her career and spend every moment of her life with him.

This topic brought up another question. What did he do when she wasn’t here? Did he have another life beyond the one with her? Maybe he didn’t want her around all the time. Did she even want to be with him all the time? Could she handle being his little girl for the rest of her life? Would she need to spend more time with other adult people as she got older?

Abelard noticed the look of intense concentration on her face when he approached her. She didn’t even hear him come back into the room. He smiled, knowing that she had used this time in the corner as he always expected her to – in contemplation. He stood there in silence, admiring her bottom, loving her deeply, wanting her in every way possible, yet maintaining his firm role as her guardian.

“Harmony,” he said quietly, not wanting to startle her. “Look at me.”

She turned her head, caught his gaze and smiled. “Hi, Daddy,” she said. “I’m hungry.”

He drew her away from the corner, helped her step back into her training panties, pulled them up for her, took her hand and walked with her to the kitchen. Abelard was an accomplished carpenter, so he’d built all the “little girl” furniture to scale for Harmony. Sitting beside the table was her adult-sized high chair. He helped her step up into it and sit down and then tied a bib around her neck, kissing her forehead as he did.

“You’re a beautiful little girl, Harmony,” he said with a smile. “I’m so glad you belong to me. It makes me happy to have you in my life.”

She beamed up at him. “Thank you, Daddy. I’m glad I am, too.”

“I’ve fixed you a nice supper, sweetie. And after supper, you can play with your toys while I clean up the kitchen. Then I’ll read you a bedtime story before I put you down for the night. How does that sound?”

  “Sounds yummy, Daddy,” she said.

Abelard put a large child’s plate in front of her. On it was a helping of junior beets, peas, applesauce, and a hot dog. He cut up the hot dog into little bite-sized pieces for her, then picked up her spoon and fed her.

When she made a face at the peas, he smacked her sharply on the side of her thigh. “Stop that, Harmony! You need these.”

Dutifully, she ate her meal, and then he gave her a cookie and told her to eat it while he had his own dinner. She eyed his plate hungrily, but munched on her cookie as he ate medium rare steak, baked potato, salad, and a buttered roll. Only when she was having a business luncheon during the week would he allow her to eat adult foods, even though what he gave her was nutritious and well balanced.

When he finished, he lifted her down and she walked over to the toy box and sat down on the floor. The questions that had come to her during corner time were still there, however. It was almost impossible to switch gears and play with the toys he provided for her. She looked over the side of the box, rested her chin on her hand, and sat quietly. Abelard watched her out of the corner of his eye, wondering what was on her mind this evening. Usually there was no difficulty in bringing her out of the adult space, but tonight there seemed to be more going on with her. He would get it out of her later, he decided.

Harmony watched Abelard clear the table, rinse the dishes and put them into the dishwasher. As soon as he completed the tasks, he closed the lid on the toy box, picked her up in his strong arms, and walked with her down the hallway. She put her arms around his neck and rested her head on his shoulder while her legs dangled on either side of him. This was usually one of her favorite times of the evening, but tonight she needed more.

He sat down in the big rocking chair, held her close and kissed her face. “Ready for a story, darling?”

“Yes, Daddy,” she said, but her heart wasn’t in it.

Abelard didn’t change his mind about reading the story, however. He knew the time would come later in the evening for her to voice her concerns. For now, he simply picked up a book from the table beside the chair and started to read, showing her the pictures as he read. It was one of her favorite stories – about Raggedy Ann and Raggedy Andy. She became interested in the book and soon was able to set aside her adult thoughts. Abelard felt her relax in his arms.

“It’s time for bed, darling,” he said when the book was finished. “Let me help you get ready.”

He opened the drawer of her dresser and took out clean diapers, a ruffled pair of rubber pants, and a little flannel nightgown. He made her go to the potty again before undressing her and laying her on the adult-sized changing table. He sprinkled her kitty with baby powder. I
t felt so good to her.

“There you go,” he said with a smile. He pinned a double thickness of diaper around her bottom. When she stood on the floor again, he helped her step into the rubber pants, and slipped the nightgown over her head.

“Would you like to sleep with Daddy tonight, dumpling?” he asked.

“Oh, yes, Daddy! I would love that,” she said.

“Then come into Daddy’s bedroom and you crawl up on the bed while I go fix you a bottle of warm milk, okay?”

Harmony curled up on the bed, resting her head on the pillow and sucking her thumb while she waited for him to return with her baby bottle. When he returned, he stretched out along side her, drawing her up against His body while she sucked on her bottle. The warm milk made her eyes droopy, but he had other plans for her this time. Usually he let her drift on off to sleep, knowing she needed the rest more than she realized. When the milk was finished, he set the empty bottle on the side table and lifted her nightgown.

“Little Harmony, Daddy wants to play with your titties,” he said.

She watched him with wide eyes. This was different from his usual routine. He flicked his tongue over the nipples, sucking and nibbling on them to bring them to hardness. She closed her eyes, enjoying the sensation. Suddenly she heard the zipper open and felt him straddle her.

“Daddy has something else for his little girl tonight,” he said. She opened her mouth and took him in. Letting her suck his cock was Abelard’s way of transitioning Harmony back into being an adult, but he almost never did it until Sunday evenings. She suckled and caressed until he released his own milk, which she swallowed obediently. He kissed her deeply then. Tasting himself in her mouth, he loved her more than ever.

“Harmony,” he said, when his need was fulfilled, “I sense that something is on your mind and I want us to discuss it tonight rather than wait until Sunday evening like we usually do.”

“Oh, Abelard,” she said. The only time she was permitted to call him by his real name was when he opened her up to be an adult. “When I was in the corner, so many questions came up about why I was disobedient today.”

“Yes, I could tell that,” he responded. “What were those questions?”

“I wonder about our relationship and whether or not I should continue as the CEO of the corporation. I was wondering how it would be to stay here with you all the time and never go back to the stressful life of an adult executive again. But there were other concerns that came up when I was thinking about that, too.”

“Go on,” he urged. “What are your concerns?”

“You won’t be angry with me?”

“Of course not, Harmony. You know I’ve always wanted you to be truthful.”

“I don’t know what you do when I’m away, so I wondered about that. I thought maybe you need me to be away during the day. Maybe you wouldn’t want me around all the time. And another issue for me is how I’d balance my life if I were to live fulltime as your little girl.

Abelard threw back his head and laughed. “Oh, my darling Harmony! When you are away from me, I manage this house. You know we have servants who are here during the day, but they leave at night so I can be alone with you. Managing an estate as big as this one requires a lot of diligence. What did you think I was doing? Did you think I was off playing golf or messing around with other women?”

“I didn’t think that in particular,” she admitted. “But it did come to mind.”

“You are the woman I want, and the reason you are my little girl is that I see the need you have to relinquish all responsibility when you come home. It is the best way I know.”

Harmony was somewhat relieved by his answer, but it still didn’t address all her issues.

“So how would your life change if I were here all the time?”

“Would you really want that, darling? You’ve spent so many years educating yourself and working to becoming the top executive in the company. Do you really want to give it all up just to stay here?”“I think I might,” she said. “My responsibility of the corporation is one I can handle, but I get too caught up in it and tend to neglect my commitment to you. Also, I wonder if simply the process of getting where I am professionally was enough. Now that I have accomplished that goal, I can let go of it and be who I really want to be.”

“And who do you want to be?”

“Yours,” she said shyly. “I want to be yours all the time - your little girl, your playmate, your companion. I don’t want it to stop when Sunday evening comes and we begin the usual transition, or on Monday morning when Harris drives me to work to resume my role there. I want more.”

  Chapter Three

Abelard looked at Harmony for several long moments before answering. “So would you want to find an adult role to play while you stay home, and still have your balance as my little girl? Is it being the little girl that you want, or is it staying home with me all the time that you want?”

Harmony put her arms around his neck and kissed him. This man understood her better than she understood herself.

“I’m not sure how to answer that question, because I don’t know. I think it’s that I don’t want to go back to being the stressed out executive, but I also think it’s that I miss you so much during the day. Perhaps you can find another way for me to get the balance in life I need.”

“Then we’ll find that together,” Abelard said. “And if you want to resign your position at the corporation, then you have my permission to do so at the board meeting on Monday. Are you ready to do that?”

“Oh, I’m ready!” she said. “I didn’t expect you to agree so readily and so quickly. You aren’t just teasing me, are you?”

“You know I never would do that, Harmony,” he said. “I’m very serious. We will take some time each day over the weekend to write your letter of resignation and to find another way to balance out your life.”

“There is something else I need to say.” She hesitated.

  “Yes?”

  “I need to go poop.”

Abelard laughed once more. “You need to get back into your little girl mode now, don’t you? Was being an adult so soon in our weekend a little much for you?”

“I think so,” she said with a smile. “Will you take me to the toilet, Daddy?”

Her concerns had been laid to rest and she was prepared now to spend the weekend as his little girl, just the way it always was.

He pulled her to him, and felt her groan. They loved each other so much. He already had an idea of how he could help her with the balance she required. He smiled as he formulated it in his mind, and she gave herself over to the natural urges that were threatening to bubble over inside her belly. Her body responded and she wept in joy.

The weekend continued the same way it had been ever since he had taken charge of balancing her life. Their introduction had taken place several years earlier during a particularly stressful time of her life. When they discovered their mutual needs, he’d moved her into his home and had taken charge. She’d been so grateful ever since. But now it looked as if their relationship was moving to a new level.

On Sunday evening, during her transition period back to being the executive adult, Abelard helped Harmony write up her resignation letter.

“Are you sure this is what you want to do?” he asked again. “There will be no turning back once you leave that position. I doubt if they would ever take you back.”

“I’m positive, Abelard. I know what I’m doing. My career has brought great fulfillment to my life, but now I’m ready to move on to other opportunities. You’ve given me plenty of time to reflect on this decision over the weekend, and now I’m ready.”

Monday morning, she arrived at the annual board meeting dressed in an emerald green washed silk suit. She was completely naked underneath. Her breasts threatened to spill over the neckline, and the form-fitting skirt barely hid the top of her stockings, leaving very little to the imagination of the staid old board members. If they could have seen beyond the hem
, they would have seen a lace garter belt in the same emerald green as her suit, but no panties.

As she read her letter of resignation aloud, Harmony amused herself by watching the bulges grow through the gray wool trousers of their three-piece suits. They were so enamored with her new attire that they hardly heard what she was reading to them.

“I’m giving each of you a copy of this letter,” she said in conclusion. “Please sign on this other form there before you that you agree to the stipulations.” She leaned over the long board table to place a copy of her resignation letter before them, her generous breasts on display. They scarcely read the stipulations, quickly signing the form she placed before them. But what was it they were agreeing to?

Harmony and Abelard decided that she could continue to serve as their consultant and that if they needed her expertise, they would arrange to come to Abelard’s home. It was a brilliant strategy, she and Abelard decided. As a consultant, she could work from home, being his little girl fulltime while keeping some interaction in the adult realm.

By mid-afternoon, she had cleared out her desk. Harmony felt no regrets as she climbed in the Jaguar that would take her home for the last time.

“Harris,” she said to her brother, “did Abelard tell you this is my last day to work there?”

“No,” he replied as he pulled out of her covered executive parking spot. “What will you do now? Does this mean you will no longer need me?”

“Oh, no,” she said, “it merely means you can spend more time with Leonard, but also that you and Leonard may want to take turns driving Abelard’s limo. I suppose that you’ll need to provide transportation for the board meetings to come to our home for routine meetings as well.” She thought about how much she loved Harris and added, “It might also mean that you and I can play together again the way we used to as small children. Would you like that?”

The Jag was stopped for a red light. Harris looked at Harmony sitting calmly in the seat behind him.
